The Chebacco XD LE takes the universally loved ride quality of the original go-anywhere “quiver-killer” and adds additional traction and comfort (through increased tire capacity) and vastly increased on-bike storage to make an even more capable bicycle. The LE variant also includes premium carbon parts and the option for custom kit configurations and paint.
The Chebacco XD LE shares the same DNA as Parlee road bikes such as the Z series, Altum and RZ7 models. The frame is handcrafted from the same carbon fiber materials, but with purpose-built geometry and design features including wider chainstays and seatstays. The bottom bracket is a bit lower and the head tube angle a bit slacker for more stability off-road yet the responsiveness that define a Parlee remains. The Chebacco XD LE has a smooth, stable ride at speed, especially when you are floating over gravel, dirt or broken road surfaces.

We don't see road bikes as delicate machines meant only for putting watts into and receiving speed from. They're an extension of our soul, of the way we want to see our worlds, and the lives we want to live. Sometimes that means cutting across park grass, and sometimes it's seeing where that dirt road off to the left leads you. The Caledonia-5 is a bike for the modern road rider.
The Caledonia is the bike we keep reaching for when we know the odometer's going well past the triple-digit mark. Long rides invariably have some smooth tarmac, some junk pavement over backroads, a cutty singletrack connector, and maybe even your own local Strade Bianche sector. So we built a bike that could take on all of them, do it well, and fit fenders in case the ominous clouds turn into a downpour 130km into your day.
We developed the Caledonia-5 in collaboration with our World Tour riders to satisfy the need for a dedicated cobbles bike. Faster handling isn't necessarily better-we engineered the handling based on the specific use-case. In this case, it's Roubaix. Roubaix is harder on bikes than any other race on the calendar, and there's zero margin for error. We increased the rear center, lowered the BB, and increased the trail. The handling is still fast, but we've added stability.
Modern road riders are looking for bikes to handle long-distance, high pace, no limits, and offer maximum fun. By placing lower modulus carbon in key areas to mitigate the brittleness of hi-mod fiber-the Caledonia delivers performance, comfort, and speed. Oh, and you can fit a 34mm tire in there. We asked our designers and engineers to transfer the amazing riding experience of DOGMA F12 to the new PRINCE. The result is a bicycle with technical characteristics and performance standards that outperform many high-end road bikes on the market today.
No Visible Cables
In conjunction with our exclusive parts brand MOST, a new series of TiCR-ready handlebars and stems have been created, ready to accommodate the integrated cable routing. Additionally, the holes for the cable routing have completely disappeared, increasing the aerodynamics and rigidity of the frame itself.
New Fork
The new Prince fork has undergone significant changes: integration with the chassis as done in the DOGMA F12, more streamlined, improved aerodynamic flow, and fork flaps to decrease drag around the wheel attachment.
Downtube
Another important development has been done on the down tube, which is completely derived from Dogma F12. The use of the concave tube and the new shapes near the bottom bracket are all aimed at canceling the aerodynamic impact of the two bottles. True to Pinarello philosophy, the downtube is moved to the right to increase the asymmetrical effect of the frame.
Chainstay
Important work has also been done on the chainstay to increase the responsiveness of the frame—especially noticeable when riding out of the saddle.

Caledonia doesn't fit in a box nicely, and we like it that way. It was conceived on our Thursday night rides-routes that often play fast and loose with 'road ride.' As we tried to stuff bigger tires into our R5s and streamline our Asperos, a new kind of bike was born.
When we design a bike, we start with our library of tube shapes. These shapes are tubes we've used on other models that we know to have various qualities-aerodynamic, stiff, ultralight, etc.-and they help get us to the refinement stage on a bike more quickly. In the case of Caledonia, we wanted durability, lightweight, and aerodynamics to be in balance and selected a package that achieved the performance demands of this kind of race bike.
Caledonia uses a standard round bar, stem, and seat post, giving riders the option to build their ultimate ride without compromise. Integrated accessory mounts and hidden fender mounts keep the bike's refined lines so you can ride with lights and computers in a downpour and still look fast. Because we all know if it looks fast, it probably is.
