Important Rental Information
CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY: Rental fees are refundable up to two weeks before the reservation minus 5% (cc fees!). Cancellations within two weeks of the reservation will not be refunded. Please review your reservation before booking.
Pick-up as early as 5:30pm the day prior to the start of your rental reservation. Return rentals by 5:00pm on the last day of the rental period.
Open 11am - 7pm Monday-Friday and 10am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday. Plan your rental pick-up/drop-off accordingly.
Check holiday hours also please! Rental pick-up and drop-off not available when closed.
Bike rentals include flat pedals only. We will install your clipless pedals onto the rental at no additional charge.
Delivery is subject to staff availability. Confirm availability at least 72 hours prior to your rental reservation. Delivery Fees based on Uber XL rates
No refunds for inclement weather for road bike, e-bike, gravel, or triathlon bike rentals.
